I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but my superior room was much better than the standard one. The service was excellent, especially with the kids we were traveling with. The location was good, allowing me to access various attractions easily. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a large window in both the room and the bathroom. My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were quite large and really nice, making it a pleasant experience to relax on the terrace and watch the sunset. They were spacious and very well presented. The service, especially for the airport the next day, was terrific; the staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was good, particularly if you are traveling by train, and it's right next to the royal palace and the center of Mandalay. The dining experience was unfortunately a bit poor but not the worst we had in Myanmar, with very basic and not very high-standard options.
